Amontillado · Oloroso · Palo Cortado · Pedro Ximénez Palo Cortado With 32 years of age this wine is unparalleled, combining the aromas and elegance of Amontillado with the complexity and full body of Oloroso to the palate. Served slightly cooled it will assemble wonderfully with foíe, aged cheese, pate and quiche. With its old gold colour, power and elegance, this wine has been appointed as V.O.R.S. by the Regulatory Board. Its exceptional curriculum relies on Domecq 'soleras' from the 18th century and Croft harvests from 1970 and 1982.
