The Bodegas Tradición picture gallery

The Bodegas Tradición Gallery contains a selection of
paintings from the Joaquin Rivero Collection of Spanish Art. A section of the winery has been carefully restored and will house a permanent exhibition of these major works of art which, from June 2006, all our visitors will be able to enjoy.

JThe Joaquin Rivero Collection is one of the most important on public display in the whole of Andalusia. It is a private collection and brings together 300 major works by the great masters of Spanish Art from the XVth to the XIXth centuries.

All the artistic movements that have characterized Spanish Painting over the centuries are represented as are the great names that have shaped the history of Western Art: Zurbarán, Velazquez, Hiepes, Labrador, Valdés Leal, Goya, Maella, Lucas Velazquez, Madrazo, Lucas Villamil, Carlos de Haes and many others. Thus, our visitors will be invited on a unique journey through Spanish history and its art.

Our Gallery will house a selection of these great works which will change periodically so as to allow our visitors the opportunity of enjoying the whole collection whilst savouring our wines and brandies.
