Amontillado
The origin of our Amontillado 'solera' has been established
during the 19th century. This wine has been classified by the
Regulatory Board as V.O.R.S., with 37 years of age.
Pale mahogany-coloured, vanilla, tobacco and leather pungent
aromas, it is perfect when combined with soups and consommé,
aged cheese, poultry, blue fish and smoked meat or fish. It
should be served slightly cooled.
Our 'solera' is the result of merging different 'soleras' from
Croft coming from Alfred Gilbey 19th century Bobadilla,
Osborne (19th century), and Delgado-Zuleta. |
